If you have applied to one of our colleges you will soon receive an invite to our Enrolment event.

This event is for all 16-18 year olds that have already applied to our Colleges. 

If you have not yet applied for a course we kindly ask that you first submit an application form and wait to be invited in for an appointment. You will receive an appointment before our event ends. 

 

ENROLMENT DATES 

NEW FOR THIS YEAR – Our course places are incredibly popular, and as such if you are interested in studying with us, you MUST apply online, we are unable to accept ‘walk in’ visit to site.   

 

For new learners who have applied to us already (school leavers), our enrolment activities will take place from GCSE Results Day, Thursday 22 August, up to and including Weds 28 August. You will soon receive a letter to your home address, informing you of your allocated date and time slot for enrolment during these dates. 

 

 

2024 Enrolment Dates – All TSCG Colleges

Full enrolment dates for our full-time learners are as follows: 

  • GCSE Results Day – Thursday 22 August, 10:30 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Friday 23 August – 9:30 AM – 4:30 PM
  • Tuesday 27 August- 9:30 AM – 4:30 PM
  • Wednesday 28 August- 9:30 AM – 4:30 PM
  • Thursday 29 August – 9:30 AM – 4:30 PM

 

WHAT TO BRING FOR ENROLMENT 

For learners aged 16-18, please ensure you bring the following items with you: 

  • Examination results slips/letters for all subjects studied
  • A valid and recognised form of identification (e.g., Passport, National Insurance Card, Bank Card, PASS ID card)
  • Your National Insurance Number details
  • Emergency contact details for two individuals (these can be a family member, or a friend or neighbour)  

 

For learners aged 19 and above, please bring the following items: 

  • A form of officially recognised ID (e.g. Passport, National Insurance Card, Driving Licence or Bank Card).  
  • If your gross income is less than £25,000 a year, please bring with you a wage slip, bank statement or employment contract as proof of salary dated within 3 months of course start date, or evidence of being unemployed and on state benefit, as you may be able to receive support with cost of your course.  If evidence isn’t provided at enrolment, we will not be able to complete your enrolment.  

If you are aged 19 or over at enrolment you may need to pay tuition fees.  

Financial support may be available, and we can provide information about this at enrolment.    

I am unable to attend the slot I have been allocated? 

We understand that certain circumstances may prevent you from attending your allocated slot. Should this happen, please contact our Admissions Team admissions@tscg.ac.uk and they will assist you in finding a more suitable alternative time.
